Refund policy

 Once the order is in the possession of the post office, we are no longer responsible for the package. If the post office loses your mail, you can file a claim thru them and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, it is in their hands and there is not much we can do to help locate your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return Policy 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to sanitary reasons. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
