Expectations for Business Partners

Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Revelux Beauty maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for bribery and corruption.

Business partners must comply with all applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws in the jurisdictions where they operate.

Partners must never offer, provide, request, or accept any form of improper payment, gift, or benefit intended to influence business decisions or obtain an unfair advantage.


Gifts, Hospitality, and Business Courtesies

Business partners should ensure that any gifts, hospitality, or entertainment provided in connection with business activities are:

  • modest and reasonable in value

  • infrequent

  • appropriate to the circumstances

  • not intended to influence business decisions

Cash or cash equivalents (such as gift cards or vouchers) must never be offered or accepted.

Wages and Benefits

Employees must be paid at least the applicable legal minimum wage or prevailing industry wage, whichever is higher.

All legally required benefits must be provided.

Workers must not be subject to unlawful deductions, financial penalties, or wage withholding.


Non-Discrimination

Business partners must provide equal employment opportunities and must not discriminate against workers based on:

  • race

  • religion

  • gender

  • age

  • disability

  • nationality

  • sexual orientation

  • gender identity

  • marital status

  • veteran status

  • or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.

Employment decisions must be based on merit and ability.


Harassment and Abuse

Workers must be treated with dignity and respect.

Suppliers must not tolerate any form of:

  • physical abuse

  • verbal abuse

  • sexual harassment

  • intimidation

  • psychological harassment

  • corporal punishment


Freedom of Association

Business partners must respect workers’ legal rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining where permitted by law.


Health and Safety

Suppliers must provide a working environment that is safe, clean, and compliant with applicable health and safety regulations.

Facilities must be designed and maintained to prevent accidents and occupational hazards.

Where housing is provided to workers, it must meet appropriate safety and sanitation standards.


Environmental Responsibility

Animal Testing

Business partners must not conduct or commission animal testing in connection with Revelux Beauty products or ingredients except where required by law.

Suppliers must cooperate with Revelux Beauty’s cruelty-free compliance efforts.

Non-Compliance

If a business partner fails to comply with these Ethical Standards, Revelux Beauty may request that the partner implement corrective actions within a reasonable timeframe.

In cases of serious or repeated violations, Revelux Beauty reserves the right to suspend or terminate its relationship with the business partner.


Review and Continuous Improvement

Revelux Beauty may periodically review and update these standards to reflect evolving legal requirements, ethical expectations, and industry best practices.

Ongoing cooperation and compliance with these standards are a fundamental requirement for maintaining a business relationship with Revelux Beauty.
