Until that time, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or suspected resale activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or other charges unless specifically indicated at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time. If an error affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been processed.

Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing details provided are accurate.

5. No Resale Policy

Products sold by Revelux Beauty are intended for personal use only unless we have given prior written authorization otherwise. You may not purchase our products for unauthorized resale, distribution, or other commercial purposes.

If we believe, in our sole discretion, that an order is being placed for resale or unauthorized commercial activity, we may cancel the order, refuse future orders, suspend or terminate your account, or take any other action permitted by law.

  • promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers

  • promotional codes may not apply to newly launched items, bundles, gift cards, or sale items

  • only one promotional code may be used per order

Promotions have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Free Gifts and Special Offers

If we offer a free gift with purchase, the promotion is available only while supplies last and only if the free gift appears in your cart at checkout, where applicable.

If you return an order that qualified for a free gift, we may require the return of the free gift as well before a refund is issued. If the free gift is not returned and was required to be returned, we may deduct its value from your refund where allowed by law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, high order volume, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided in your order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Revelux Beauty is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or added costs resulting from incorrect shipping information submitted by you.

10. International Orders

If you place an order for delivery outside of the country from which we ship, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local government or customs authority. These fees are your responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import procedures.

  • in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and cosmetic products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

12. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

We process orders quickly, and for that reason we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be honored once an order has been placed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@reveluxbeauty.com.

If we are unable to cancel your order before shipment, you may need to wait until the order arrives and then follow our return process, if eligible.

All content on the Revelux Beauty website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product names, graphics, images, videos, website design, text, branding elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Revelux Beauty and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Class Action Waiver

You and Revelux Beauty agree that any Dispute will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Revelux Beauty.

The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of multiple parties or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Small Claims Exception

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains solely on an individual basis.

Governing Law

This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and applicable federal law. To the extent state law applies, the laws of the State of Florida shall govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
