Terms and Conditions of Promotions

These Promotions Terms & Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern any promotional offer, discount, giveaway, contest, sweepstakes, or marketing promotion offered by Revelux Beauty (“Revelux”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By participating in any promotion offered by Revelux Beauty, you agree to comply with these Promotion Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

Revelux Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time in accordance with applicable law.

1. Eligibility

Promotions are open only to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • participants must be at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction

  • participants must comply with all applicable laws

  • employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of Revelux Beauty may be excluded from participation where required

Revelux Beauty reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify participants who do not meet the stated requirements.

2. Promotion Availability

Promotions are offered for a limited time and may be subject to product availability.

Revelux Beauty reserves the right to:

  • modify or cancel a promotion at any time

  • limit participation

  • substitute promotional items or rewards where necessary

  • terminate promotions that are affected by technical or operational issues

Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

3. Discount Codes

Promotional discount codes may be provided through marketing campaigns, email communications, social media, or other channels.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotional codes may be used only once per customer

  • promotional codes may not be combined with other discounts or offers

  • promotional codes may not apply to certain products, bundles, or sale items

  • promotional codes may have expiration dates

Discount codes have no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

Revelux Beauty reserves the right to cancel orders where discount codes are used improperly or fraudulently.

4. Gift with Purchase Promotions

From time to time, Revelux Beauty may offer promotional gifts with qualifying purchases.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • gifts are available while supplies last

  • gifts cannot be exchanged or substituted

  • gifts are limited to one per qualifying order

  • if an order is returned, the promotional gift must also be returned

If the promotional gift is not returned when required, Revelux Beauty may deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount where permitted by law.

5. Contests, Giveaways, and Sweepstakes

Promotions that include contests, giveaways, or sweepstakes may be subject to additional rules and eligibility requirements.

Participation may require actions such as:

  • submitting entries

  • following social media accounts

  • sharing promotional content

  • completing entry forms

Winners will be selected according to the specific rules of the promotion.

Revelux Beauty reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or in violation of promotion rules.

6. Influencer and Affiliate Promotions

Promotions promoted through influencers, affiliates, or brand partners may include unique codes or offers.

If a promotion is affected by:

  • website errors

  • technical malfunctions

  • system failures

  • fraud or abuse

Revelux Beauty may suspend or cancel the promotion and take appropriate corrective action.

8. Fraud Prevention

Revelux Beauty reserves the right to cancel orders, disqualify participants, or terminate promotional eligibility where fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional codes, or violation of these terms is suspected.

This may include but is not limited to:

  • multiple accounts used to obtain promotional benefits

  • automated entry methods

  • resale or commercial exploitation of promotional offers

  • manipulation of promotion mechanics

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revelux Beauty shall not be responsible for:

  • technical errors affecting participation in promotions

  • lost, delayed, or misdirected entries

  • website outages or service interruptions

  • inaccuracies in promotional information caused by third parties

Participation in promotions is at the participant’s own risk.

10. Modification or Termination of Promotions

Revelux Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time if circumstances arise that compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion.

This may include situations involving:

  • technical failures

  • fraud or abuse

  • operational errors

  • legal or regulatory requirements

11. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
